ActiSleep: Sleep Duration Estimate Algorithm

Estimate sleep duration using a Pruned Dynamic Programming (PDP) algorithm that quickly and efficiently identifies changepoints. When applied to physical activity data it can identify transitions from wakefulness to sleep and vice versa.
